Dear Patient & Families

In lieu of the National State Of Disaster to the Corona (COVID-19) pandemic and in line with other health care facilities we need to be PROACTIVE.

All patients and their families

  1. who have travelled twenty-one (21) days PRIOR to their appointment
  2. who have had contact with a possible or confirmed COVID-19

to please notify our rooms BEFORE arrival of their appointment.

This is to ensure the safety and protection of all our patients and staff.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you or your family members have any flu-like symptoms, even if a mild sore throat, mild cough, low grade fever, slight runny nose or slight difficulty breathing, please re-schedule your appointment.

Minimise the number of people in our office. Only one (1) parent/guardian is to accompany the patient in reception please.

Patient only is permitted into the clinic treatment room.

IMPORTANT:

We may triage our patient appointments as to need and severity.

We may re-schedule non-essential appointments (eg retainer checks) to later dates.
